My tracking number doesn’t work on FedEx or UPS?

Our primary carriers are FedEx and Canada Post. However, for oversize or overweight products we may need to use an LTL carrier. Order shipment emails will contain a link for tracking the shipment. If you placed your order via a method other than online, you can "Contact Us" to find which carrier was used.

Which carriers do you use for shipping?

We use multiple carriers depending on the size and weight of the product and where the order will be delivered. Our primary carriers for standard sized orders are FedEx and Canada Post. For oversized and overweight products, we use LTL carriers that vary based on destination.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

The total delivery time for your order is based on the processing time and shipment method selected.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Most of our products can be shipped to a P.O. Box. However, some products may be too large or heavy and will need to be shipped via a carrier other than USPS. In these cases, you will need to provide a physical address for delivery.

Express and overnight shipping methods are not available for P.O. Box addresses.
